Rocland follows RCR Industrial Flooring SARL, work protocol in working and process.Rocland has been instrumental in bringing right International standards, namelyAR Classification (Abrassion classification for specifying type of hardners fordifferent usage type). Rocland has wide range of Hardeners qualifying AR 2, AR1.0, AR 0.5 class.Rocland has introduced Color hardners with color uniformity and color intensity.Rocland holds 90% of the color hardner market in India.Use of Joint armours for concrete edge protection was introduced to Indianmarket by Rocland. Introducing and improving flooring quality standards hasbeen the hallmark of Rocland. Permaban joints offers engineered joints for various end use. Permaban introduced Alpha joint to world market and now CE certified joints which is mandatory in Europe market. There is clear distinction between CE certified manufactured joints to fabricated joints in performance offloor.
Rocland has also introduced the concept of wet on wet / fresh on fresh topping system for longevity of wear resistant layer and color uniformity. Through thissystem top wear course of 5-10 mm can be installed on freshly leveled green concrete, similar to dry shake timing. Rocland technical team guides users,applicators for correct application and results.
